Taze Sandwich had a strong repeat clientele but was facing heavy commission cuts and marketing costs through third-party delivery platforms.
To help them regain control and maximize profit, we developed a direct order strategy supported by compelling visuals and print materials. We photographed their menu items, created eye-catching posters to attract foot traffic, and designed flyers featuring a QR code for digital menus, product details, pricing, and a direct order phone line. These flyers were included in every delivery to encourage customers to order directly next time.
